I am honoured to join the June, 2025 Monthly Meeting of NBA IKEJA Branch as the guest speaker for the Knowledge Sharing Session (KSS).
I will be speaking on the topic: “The strategic use of injunction in Arbitration under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 (AMA)”
I’ll share how the Arbitration and Mediation Act, 2023, has reshaped the legal landscape, particularly with respect to the grant and enforcement of injunctions in arbitral proceedings. As a corporate counsel, advocate, arbitrator, or dispute resolution enthusiast, this session will explore:
