Kano Governorship Election Tribunal Begins Virtual Judgement

At the Miller Road High Court in Bompai, under heavy guard, the Kano State Governorship Election Tribunal has begun rendering virtual judgment.

The judgment is being virtually read as at the moment this report was filled out.

Despite the judges’ absence from the courtroom, the judgment’s proceedings continue virtually.

The Miller Road and the surrounding area of Bompai, where the ruling of the tribunal passed, are well guarded.

All Progressive Congress (APC) and the ruling New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) supporters who had undergone screening were permitted entry into the courtroom to view the verdict.

However, there are groups of people, both APC and NNPP members, far from the courthouse who are whispering about what is happening at the tribunal.

However, there are clusters of crowd, including APC and NNPP supporters far away the court premises, discussing in hush tones, the happenings at the tribunal.

Social and business activities are currently moving on smoothly in the ancient commercial city, even though some business men chose to stay at home until the outcome of the tribunal judgement.

The ancient commercial city remains calm and peaceful as at the time of filling this report.
