In accordance with Order 58 Rule 4(2) of the National Industrial Court Civil Procedure Rules, His Lordship, Hon. Justice Benedict Kanyip, OFR, of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria has declared this year’s Annual Court Vacation to be from Monday, July 31, 2023, to Tuesday, September 25, 2023.
The Hon. President also announced that there would be no regular court sessions during this time, with the exception of urgent applications that would be heard by a judge on vacation.
