Sam Amadi, a Political Analyst has described the manner in which the judgement of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, PEPT, was delivered as horrible.
Amadi frowned that the copy of the judgement is yet to be made available to the public.
Amadi said this on a social media platform that affirming the court had passed judgement, it might still take days to type it before making the copy available, fearing that the final copy may be vastly different.
He wrote, “Justice delivery in Nigeria is horrible. PEPT judgement should’ve been delivered in corrected and final form. Minutes after delivery you will find it uploaded on website and authenticated.
“Now you wait for days to type it. Final copy may be vastly different. No quality control.”
His statement followed the judgment by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) on Wednesday in Abuja.
