As part of the 2025 International Day of the Girl Child celebration themed “Girls With Dreams Become Women With Vision,” Justice Vault Foundation is delighted to feature Abiye Tam-George, a trailblazing lawyer, mediator, and human rights advocate, as one of the distinguished speakers at the event taking place at Holy Child College, Lagos.
Abiye Tam-George is the Principal of ATG Legal, a progressive law firm grounded in innovation, inclusion, and restorative justice. With nearly two decades of experience, she has built an impressive career that bridges law, technology, and social reform. Her expertise spans litigation, mediation, corporate transactions, and human rights advocacy. Beyond her LL.B, Abiye holds an MBA specializing in Artificial Intelligence, and has pursued advanced studies in leadership, data science, marketing strategy, and cybersecurity, making her one of the most forward-thinking lawyers of her generation.
Internationally recognized for her work in peacebuilding and conflict resolution, Abiye serves as a Regional Attorney-Mediator with the Compliance Advisor Ombudsman (CAO) of the World Bank Group and as a certified mediator at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC) and ADR Point Europe. She is also the visionary behind the Live.Better.Everyday Initiative, a free legal literacy and counseling project, and Frank Investigations, a platform promoting transparency and systemic reform.
Her leadership and service extend to numerous influential positions — including Vice President of the Association of Environmental Lawyers of Nigeria, former Vice-Chair of the NBA Lagos Branch, and Chair of several human rights and child advocacy committees. Beyond the courtroom, Abiye’s deep commitment to youth development shines through her “Read-a-Book-a-Day” program and mobile library initiative, designed to inspire learning and creativity among children.
