The take – off point is the National Secretariat at Plot,6, Elephant Cement Way-Alausa Ikeja, Lagos.

On behalf of the President/ Chairman of Council Mrs. Funmi Ekundayo, FCIS and the Conference/AGM Planning Committee, we wish to inform you that the Annual Conference week will be flagged off with the 2023 Pre-Conference Fitness/ Walk-4-life on Saturday 16th of September, 2023. The take – off point is the National Secretariat at Plot,6, Elephant Cement Way-Alausa Ikeja, Lagos.
The exercise will also take place simultaneously in the following State Chapters of the Institute- Abuja, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Ibadan and Benin.
There will be Aerobics, health talk and Dance session between 7-8am while the 3km walk will commence at 8am.
Free T- shirts will be available for all participants.
