Human Rights Lawyer, Inibehe Effiong Leaves Prison

Human rights lawyer, Inibehe Effiong, has left the Uyo Correctional Centre.

Inibehe came out after completing his one month jail term sentenced by Akwa Ibom Chief Judge, Ekaette Obot, for contempt of court.

He was seen given a heroic welcome march by a team of supporters.

The lawyer, who posted a video on his Facebook, Friday morning, with the caption “History will vindicate the just.”
