Frank Nweke Jnr to Deliver Keynote Address at 2025 AWLA Parley

The African Women Lawyers Association (AWLA) Nigeria is set to host its much-anticipated 2025 Parley, scheduled to hold on Tuesday, August 27, 2025, at the Villa Toscana Hotel Event Centre, Enugu. With the theme “Unleash Your Inner Hero: Strategize, Overcome, Evolve”, the event promises to be a powerful gathering of legal minds, change-makers, and advocates committed to personal growth and societal impact.

A major highlight of the event will be the keynote address by Mr. Frank Nweke Jnr., former Minister of Information, whose wealth of experience in public leadership, governance, and advocacy is expected to inspire and challenge participants to unlock their full potential. His presence signals the calibre of conversation that AWLA aims to foster—one rooted in transformation, resilience, and strategic action.

The 2025 Parley will bring together legal professionals, especially women lawyers, to share ideas, reflect on challenges, and explore practical solutions for both professional and personal advancement. The session will commence promptly at 10:00 AM, providing a full day of engagement, networking, and empowerment.

As AWLA Nigeria continues its mandate of promoting gender equity and inclusion in the legal space, this year’s theme underscores the importance of inner strength and evolving leadership. Members of the legal community and the public are encouraged to attend and be part of this dynamic event.
