A one-time Commissioner and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Charles Ihua-Maduenyi, SAN is dead.
A source disclosed this to newsmen today.
According to the source, “Charles drove to the airport to pick his wife this afternoon. On their way back to town, he complained of heart pain and made a detour to the hospital. He passed on shortly after.”
Charles Ihua-Maduenyi, SAN was born on December 9, 1958 and was elevated to the rank of senior advocate of Nigeria last year.
He was a Commissioner under Peter Odili and Celestine Omehia administrations.
