The NBA Lagos Law Week Movie Night for young lawyers was a resounding success. The movie night was on Wednesday, 12th June 2024, this inaugural event marked a first in the history of the NBA Lagos Law Week.
Folake Sadiq, a member of the planning committee, delivered a warm opening address, while NBA Lagos Chairman, Mr. Olabisi Makanjuola, welcomed everyone to the event. The chairman encouraged young lawyers to enjoy the movie, network, and make meaningful connections.
The movie, “Bling Lagosians,” started at 6:00pm and ended at 7:50pm, with the audience reacting positively and having a great time. Omoniyi Onabule, the Publicity Secretary of NBA Lagos introduced the Special guest, Timi Agbaje and also addressed the young lawyers at the event.
Tobenna Erojikwe spoke to the young lawyers at the end of the movie session.
The event provided a relaxed atmosphere for young lawyers to interact, take photos, and build relationships. It was a night to remember, and we look forward to more events like this in the future!
