The 15 candidates who have been shortlisted for appointment to the Federal High Court Bench have been notified by the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Hon. Justice John Terhemba Tsoho, and has requested for any objections.
The Hon. CJ noted that this was a follow-up to the procedure of appointing judges to the Federal High Court Bench that was previously disseminated in his letters dated 20th December 2021 and 7th February 2022 in a circular dated 14th November 2022.
He added that the shortlisted candidates were those who had done well in the CBT that the Court had held internally on November 8th, 2022.
He urged their Lordships to consider the shortlisted candidates and raise objections if any, giving them a deadline of 10 days from the date of this circular.
