The Economic Team of the present administration are currently before the Senate Committee on Appropriation for the overview of the 2024 and the 2025 Appropriation.
The Team was led by the Minister of finance and the Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun. Others are Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Atiku Bagudu, DG Budget, Accountant General of the Federation among others.
GALAXY TV reports that the Chairman Senate Committee on Appropriation, Olamilekan Adeola, commended the Tinubu’s led administration for the body steps taken so far which has contributed to the steady growth being recorded .
He assured the gathering and other Nigerians that the economy of Nigeria will not collapse, promising that the present administration will do everything possible to restore it to the enviable position.
The Minister and his team gave further insight into the economy, it’s direction and the future hope.
The also revealed hundred percent record in the area of recurrent expenditure.
