The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC and the Department of State Security, DSS, have come into a new synergy as a fresh move to combat the menace of economic and financial crimes.
This fresh alliance was made on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 in Gombe, when the Gombe Zonal Commander of the EFCC, Assistant Commander of the EFCC, ACE Suleiman Na’abba paid a courtesy visit to the State Director, DSS, Gombe Command, Mr. Abba Abdullahi Adamu.
Na’abba presented himself as the new Gombe Zonal Commander and sought collaboration with the DSS
In his response, Adamu said that: “synergy is imperative for this country to progress, and for all agencies to achieve their desired objectives, roles and responsibilities; we must collaborate with others”.
He assured Na’abba of more commitment and readiness to support the EFCC in its assigned mandate.
