The Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) cloud services are in good shape, according to a report from a subpoenaed witness who described herself as an employee of Amazon Web Services Incorporated, USA, which was taken as evidence by the Presidential Election Petitions Court.

Details on the condition of the Amazon Web server, which supplied cloud services for INEC’s digital infrastructure during the presidential election, are revealed in the study.

An excerpt from the report’s contents showed that on February 25, 2023, when the presidential election took place, there was no error that may have hampered the e-transmission of results.

The report was presented by Claretta Ogar, a witness called by the Labour Party who identified herself as a cloud engineer and architect.

The document, totaling six copies were admitted by the court amid objections by INEC, Tinubu, Shettima and the APC.

The cross examination of the witness is scheduled for Tuesday 20th June
