The Nigerian Law School has alerted 18 prospective lawyers that they may be excluded from the forthcoming Call to Bar ceremony if they fail to submit their outstanding Body of Benchers forms before the stipulated deadline.
In an official notice titled “Submission of Benchers Forms,” the Law School directed the affected candidates to immediately forward their completed forms through the Exams and Records Office or via the designated email channel. The institution also advised the candidates to liaise with Mr. Idris of the Body of Benchers for further clarification and assistance regarding the submission process.
The notice emphasized that all pending forms must be submitted on or before Wednesday, June 24, 2026, warning that non-compliance would automatically render affected candidates ineligible for the upcoming Call to Bar ceremony.
The candidates, drawn from Category 1, Second Class Lower, and Pass categories, have been urged to treat the directive with utmost urgency to avoid missing the final stage of their legal qualification process.
