Corporate Affairs Commission has announced the launch of a new specialized registration portal to ease the process of registering businesses in Nigeria. This it said will hasten and register business names by getting it done within 24hours.
Ambassador to the Commission, Micheal Nwabufo who made the announcement in Abuja on Tuesday said that the portal will boasts a streamlined design, ensuring a straightforward and intuitive registration experience for users.
He noted that the portal will cater for users of varying technological proficiency, making it accessible to everyone, including those with limited digital skills.
The Ambassador encouraged Small businesses, particularly Point of Sales (POS) agents to register through the portal, noting that, formal registration does not only provides legal recognition but also enhances credibility and open opportunities for growth.
He said the portal represents a pivotal step in modernizing the business registration process in Nigeria.
The Commission he said will continue to ensure that every entrepreneur formalizes their business efficiency, contributing to the Nation’s economic growth and development.
