“Beyond Limits”: Port Harcourt Set to Host NBA 2026 Annual General Conference as Preliminary Programme Unveiled

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) is set to convene lawyers and key stakeholders from across the country in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, for its 2026 Annual General Conference (AGC), scheduled for 21–28 August 2026. Held under the theme “Beyond Limits,” the conference will feature professional discourse, institutional engagements, community activities, networking and leadership events at the Yakubu Gowon Stadium.

The programme will commence with a Jumaat Service on 21 August, followed by a Health Walk, Tree Planting and Community Clean-Up, Pre-Conference NEC and Welcome Cocktail on 22 August. The conference will continue with the Opening Ceremony and Friendship Centre activities, plenaries, showcases, breakout sessions, the Football Final, President’s Dinner and UNBARRED, before culminating in the Sections’ AGM, NBA AGM, Press Conference and Swearing-in Ceremony on 27 and 28 August.

The Nigerian Bar Association Annual General Conference 2026 is set to convene the legal profession in Port Harcourt from 21–28 August 2026 under the theme Beyond Limits.
