With the deepest heart felt sympathy, we received with shock the news of sudden demise of a distinguished member of our Noble profession ADESHINA OGUNLANA Esq,the past Chairman of NBA IKEJA BRANCH (2016-2018) who passed away yesterday the 6th day of August 2014 at the age of 60.
The late Adeshina Ogunlana Esq was an amiable gentleman , an asute Bar man, a human Rights activist popularly called SERUBAWON. His contribution to Ikaja Bar, the larger bar and the society can not be over emphasized , his absence at this time will be greatly missed.
We at African women lawyers Association Lagos State sympathize with his immediate family and Members of Ikeja Bar and pray that the Almighty God give everyone of us the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
We pray the the Almighty God rest his soul in perfect peace Amen.
