Abiye Tam-George, former Vice-Chair of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Lagos Branch, has once again been recognized for her exemplary contributions to the legal profession. She has been named in the prestigious 2025 Courtroom Mail 100 List, which celebrates outstanding female lawyers across Sub-Saharan Africa under the SHID categories — Super Heroes, Heroes, Influencers, and Disruptors.
Renowned for her dexterity and innovative approach to legal challenges, Tam-George continues to gain admiration for her unwavering commitment to community development and service to the Bar. Her recognition under the SHID categories not only cements her place as a legal influencer but underscores her growing impact as a catalyst for positive change.
Reacting to the announcement, Tam-George expressed deep gratitude to her nominators and to Courtroom Mail for the honour. She extended special appreciation to legal publisher Anthony Atata for his role in spotlighting women leaders in the legal space.
