Despite not emerging victorious in the tightly contested race, Tam-George took to her official platform to express appreciation for the overwhelming encouragement, prayers, votes, and financial contributions that fueled her campaign. Her message conveyed a tone of humility and resilience, reflecting on a campaign rooted in integrity, inclusiveness, and hope for a more accountable branch.
Tam-George also congratulated the winners of the election, wishing them wisdom and success as they take on the mantle of leadership within the NBA Lagos Branch. The NBA Lagos Branch elections have come to a close, and while the outcome was not in our favour, I remain deeply grateful and proud of the journey we shared.
