Tobenna Erojikwe, Chairman of the NBA-ICLE, announces a 7-day training on debt recovery and asset tracing

The Nigerian Bar Association Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NBA-ICLE) is set to host a comprehensive 7-day training course on debt recovery and asset tracing, as announced by Tobenna Erojikwe, Chairman of the NBA Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NBA-ICLE). According to Erojikwe’s announcement, debt and asset recovery instructions are recurring tasks that lawyers frequently encounter in their professional practice. The training will feature a distinguished panel of highly experienced and knowledgeable experts, including Dr. ‘Kemi Pinheiro OFR, SAN; Edward Cumming KC; Tom Stewart-Coats; Boma Alabi OON, SAN; Seyi Akinwunmi FBR; Dr. Elachi Agada SAN; and Mrs. Abimbola Akeredolu SAN. Additionally, a panel discussion with Mr. Chidi Ekezie, Group Company Secretary and Country Head of Legal at Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc, and Ms. Temitayo Adegoke, Company Secretary and Group Chief Legal Counsel of Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc, will provide valuable insights into clients’ expectations regarding debt recovery instructions.

Erojikwe encouraged all NBA members to register for this “all-important course” through the provided registration link: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_8UP4pCKqSjST9KB8v9iEPQ.
