The Nigerian Bar Association, Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) invites members of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) to a 2 – day virtual Masterclass/Training scheduled to take place today, the 28th of April, 2022 and on the 29th of April, 2022 at 10am, daily.
The theme of the Training is “PRIMER ON MINING LAW AND AGREEMENT.”
Participants of the masterclass will get to:
• Understand mining and key industry concepts
• Know the overview of the Legal and Regulatory Framework for mining in Nigeria.
• Learn the Regulatory Processes relating to Mineral Rights
• Understand the Fiscal Framework for mining in Nigeria
• Relate appropriately with host communities and consider environmental issues
• Draft Mining Acquisition and Joint Venture Agreements
