Justice Okoro has said the appelants (Atiku and Obi) claim that Tinubu did not win the election is flawed as they did not present any evidence to prove their arguments.
Basically, the Supreme Court has said that Tinubu scored the highest nunber of votes and being declared winner is legal and according to the Constitution of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria.
Justice Okoro then dismissed the appeal made by Labour Party’s Presidential flagbearer, Peter Obi and the People’s Democratic party Presidential flagbearer, Atiku Abubakar.
