The Conference will take young practitioners on a deep dive into contemporary topics in international arbitration.
This year’s theme seeks to examine several topics that should be of interest to any young practitioner keen to learn about the near future of international arbitration. The first panel will examine the metaverse and interrogate the role of arbitration in the fantasy world. The second panel will examine the more traditional subject of monetization, emerging financing models and its impact on how arbitrations are conducted up to enforcement and asset recovery.
